Overview
A detailed running assessment identifies gait inefficiencies, strength or mobility deficits and training errors that cause pain or limit performance.

Assessment Approach
Video gait analysis (overground or treadmill), strength and mobility screening, footwear assessment and training-load review.
Rehab & Return to Sport Plan
Targeted strength, flexibility and cadence adjustments, retraining drills, and a staged run load progression to return to comfortable, pain-free running.
