Clinical Physio Exercise at Get Set Physio utilises both Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates informed exercises in order to optimise coordination, control, strength & overall function. Using a combination of body weight & spring loaded exercise equipment, a tailored Clinical Physio Exercise program can be devised for anyone regardless of age, ability or medical history.

cLINICAL pHYSIO EXERCISE INSTRUCTORS

  • All our Physiotherapists have completed specialised training in Clinical Pilates, and use Pilates-based exercises as part of your program.

  • Our Physiotherapists use a combination of equipment & mat-work type exercises along with Physiotherapy for you to gain the most benefit.

How to Get started

  • Book in for a comprehensive initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists to tailor your Clinical Physio Exercise program to your specific needs & goals.

  • Complete one to one sessions until you are comfortable with your program & your Physiotherapist feels you are ready for small group classes.

 

sMALL GROUP CLASSES

  • Clinical Physio Exercise sessions are small group classes with maximum of four people per class, under the guidance of one of our Physiotherapists.

  • Classes run for 40 minutes, we encourage you to bring a towel, water bottle and grip socks.
