Introduction
SPD happens when the joint at the front of your pelvis becomes irritated or unstable.
Signs/Symptoms
Pain at the pubic bone, often radiating into the thighs or hips, worse with stairs, walking, or standing on one leg.
Causes
Hormonal changes and increased joint mobility during pregnancy.
