Michael Sette
Principal physiotherapist
Michael brings elite level experience in sports & spinal injuries. He loved his time working with Australian National soccer teams & Melbourne Victory, but also enjoys working with local sports clubs to get the best out of their athletes. Michael has been involved in local sports clubs including AFL, soccer, hockey, athletics & tennis.
Areas of physiotherapy interest: sports (especially shoulders, knee + ankles), spinal & jaw pain.
James Birt
Physiotherapist / CLINICAL PILATES
James is a fantastic Physiotherapist whom joined us in 2020. While completing a Bachelor of Applied Science & Master of Physiotherapy Practice at LaTrobe University in 2019.
James focuses on empowering his patients to understand their bodies & collaborates with them to achieve personalised goals. James utilises manual & hands-on techniques as well as exercise prescription & modification to minimise pain & maximise long term gain!
Since graduating, James has not taken any breaks from learning. He has been regularly taking on new courses & is now registered as a GLA:D therapist & a qualified GEMt Dry-Needling physio. James has a special interest with complex pain & pain psychology & it’s role in physiotherapy & returning to function & sports.
In his spare time, James enjoys playing futsal, indoor soccer & tennis.
Keren Buratto
Physiotherapist / CLINICAL PILATES
Keren gives 100% to all her clients. In the clinic, listening to each client’s concerns and tailoring care accordingly is most important.
Keren earned her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2023. Whilst completing her physiotherapy degree, Keren completed her sport trainer course and enabling her to work with local AFL and soccer clubs.
Keren uses a holistic approach to patient care, combining exercise and hands-on techniques to support clients to reach their individual health goals. These include pilates and dry needling. Due to Keren’s experience with sporting clubs, she skilfully treats multiple sport-related injuries and ensures effective rehabilitation.
In her spare time Keren loves spending time with her family, outdoors with her pets and cheering on Carlton at the footy.
Ethan Aw
Physiotherapist / CLINICAL PILATES
Ethan is a dedicated Physiotherapist who joined our team after completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at La Trobe University in 2024.
He is passionate about helping people return to what they love, using tailored, hands-on care that includes manual therapy, massage, joint mobilisations, and exercise prescription.
Ethan has a special interest in treating lower back pain, rotator cuff injuries, nerve impingement, and tennis elbow, and is confident in managing a wide range of conditions including fractures, post-surgical rehab, and orthopaedic cases like total knee replacements.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys resistance and cardiovascular training, especially cycling and weightlifting. He also volunteers as a small group leader for young adults at his local church, and enjoys travelling to Singapore to visit his family.
