ITB (Iliotibial Band) Syndrome
Overview
Irritation of the thick band of connective tissue on the outside of the thigh, often seen in runners or cyclists.
Common Signs & Symptoms
Pain on the outer thigh or knee
Worsens with running or descending stairs
Tightness or snapping sensation
