Headaches
Introduction
Headaches can be more than just annoying—they can be completely debilitating. While many people assume headaches are caused by dehydration or eye strain, a large number are actually musculoskeletal in origin, especially those that stem from the neck. These are called cervicogenic headaches—and physiotherapy can make a huge difference.

How Physiotherapy Can Help
Our physios are trained to assess and treat the underlying physical causes of headaches. Through gentle joint mobilisations, soft tissue therapy, posture retraining, and neck-specific exercises, we help reduce both the frequency and intensity of your headaches. You’ll also learn simple ways to manage triggers and reduce tension throughout your day.
Many of our patients report significant improvement—even when they've had headaches for years.
