Bar path and setup analysis, shoulder ROM and stability testing, scapular control and pressing pattern evaluation.
Rehab & Return to Sport Plan
Improve thoracic and shoulder mobility, scapular stabilisation drills, progressive pressing volume and technique cues to press heavier with less pain.
