Basketball challenges the body with frequent jumping, sprinting, and change-of-direction. Our programs help players return at full confidence and capability.

Assessment Approach
We test jump height and control, landing mechanics, cutting ability, and upper-body endurance for shooting and passing.
Rehab & Return to Sport Plan
Expect jump technique retraining, plyometric loading, agility work, and basketball-specific movement and endurance drills.
